The total cost of this project is estimated to be $20 million. How we move forward is dependent on the results of the Journey Campaign. Once we receive all of the pledges, we will have a better estimate of the total project cost. At that time, the Board will present a plan and make a recommendation for moving ahead. Even if we hit our $8.5 million goal, we will need financing. Some of the financing will be temporary construction financing, to be paid off as the pledges are paid. The remainder will be a long term mortgage on our property. We will not have a long term mortgage that is more than we can afford. The Board will only recommend a financial plan that is financially viable.
